We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

We will provide the return instructions and return shipping label if your request is approved.

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped to the following address:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at faqs@shoporvea.com with photos/videos.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
